Sexy Sauces, Succulent Spreads, and Daring Dips Wednesday, April 16, 6:30p-8:00p     
 

This live sauces, spreads, and dips class by Rian and Love is a journey into versatility.  Starting with four basic sauces, the participants will see and taste what happens to classic pesto or salsa when transformed to a dip straight through to a soup. 

Class will include clear and concise demonstration, recipes, nutritional information, and LOTS of TASTING!

How many salads can you name?  Well, Rian and Love are going to hit you up with eight unexpected pleasures.  Think kale, arugula, wakame, baby spinach, cilantro, dill, all the chards, and all their cousins dressed like never before.  See your greens in a new light along with croutons, a variety of dressings, and innovative juice pairings.

 Class will include clear and concise demonstration, recipes, nutritional information, and LOTS of TASTING!

Cup O' Yes!

Wednesday, May 14, 6:30p-8:00p  

 

With this foray into live soups, stews, and gumbos, Rian and Love will take you from the light to the hearty.  Paired with live crackers, crisps, and a side salad, be prepared for how deeply satisfying a bowl of ambrosia can be.

 Class will include clear and concise demonstration, recipes, nutritional information, and LOTS of TASTING!

Pates et Croquettes

Wednesday, May 28, 6:30p-8:00p   

 
 

In this class, Rian and Love will introduce you to the herby variety and versatility of nut and seed meat creations ranging from the elegant spread to the savory croquette.  Paired with a little something to wet your whistle and plenty of greens, this will be a session of sensory surprises.

 Class will include clear and concise demonstration, recipes, nutritional information, and LOTS of TASTING!

 $50 w/Pre-registration by May 23

Registration forms are available in the store at Talley's front office or use our web Cooking Class Registration Form and return it to Talley's with payment or send in by mail with your check to Cooking Classes, Talley's Green Grocery, 1408-C East Blvd., Charlotte, N.C. 28203. Also you can register by phone with your Visa , MasterCard, Discover Card or American Express . NOTE: Classes fill very quickly on a first come, first served basis. Please register early. Registrations will not be accepted without payment. Mail in registrations are subject to class availability.

 
   

Refunds and transfers to other classes will only be made for cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled classes. Class tickets will be given or mailed to registered participants and must be presented for admission or for refund.
